Children aged five years old and above can now apply for the Philppine National Identification System from March 23 to 26 at the LCC Mall Grounds, Iriga City Public Market.
The Mobile Registration for the Philippine National ID will be conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, in partnership with City Government of Iriga thru the Office of Local Civil Registrar and Office of the Market Superintendent.
Moreover, the said mobile registration is open for all walk-in applicants.
Minors aged five to 17 years old must bring original copy of birth certificate and must be accompanied by a parent with valid ID. However, in case the parent is not available, a guardian is allowed and he/she must provide an authorization letter from the parent with a valid ID.
Meanwhile, adults who are 18 years old and above may apply but they are reminded to bring any valid proof of identity such as valid ID and/or birth certificate.
