Through the excellent leadership of our beloved Resilience Champion Hon. Madelaine Alfelor, Iriga City achieved the ALL GREEN SCORECARD from the National Resilience Council. Iriga City and the Province of Bataan got the high marks among the 13 members.
Meanwhile, Hon. Madelaine Alfelor laid out the roadmap and initiatives towards the stability of the Local Government and the City at the NRC’s Colloquium 2022 held at the Peninsula Manila.
