On March 4, 2022, Irigueños received the first batch of over 50 million tilapia fingerlings.
This project of Hon. Madelaine Alfelor aims to help and give support to those who have fisheries here in Iriga City. With the help of the Local Government and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources ROV, headed by the City Agriculture’s Office, this project was successfully executed only to those fisherman of Iriga City.
Meanwhile, anyone who’s interested to join on the said project can visit the City Agriculture’s Office in Iriga City Hall.
