Through the efforts of the Local Government Unit of Iriga and the Department of Social Welfare and Development, another livelihood program began in the city on Thursday, January 27. 
 
This livelihood program is part of the “Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa Program” where P50,000 for livelihood settlement grant for brown egg production and transitory family support for allowances, school supplies and other necessities of the family was given. 
 
The “Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa Program” is aiming to address the family’s needs by supporting them with incentives on transportation, family, livelihood, housing, subsistence and education, among others.
 
The LGU-Iriga sees to it that no Irigueños will be left behind and each family under the said program will be given enough opportunities to adjust in the transition and situation of their lives.
